SHIPPING OPTIONS & TRANSIT TIMES

The items in this store are custom-produced (made on-demand).  The shipping / transit times provided apply only after your order is produced.  We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Transit times are calculated by business days, Monday- Friday. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier transportation issues, or other unforeseen events may cause delays in transit.  Transit times vary based on your location, as all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tennessee.  You will receive an email after your order ships with your tracking information.

Standard | Economy: 3 – 7 business days average transit time. Available only within the USA.

Express:  2 – 3 business days transit time.  Available only to the Continental US states. 

Standard | Economy to Canada: 7 – 10 business days average transit time. Varies by destination. Canada only. Please see “Canadian & International Shipments” for more info on international shipments.

Standard | Economy International:  8 - 12 business days average transit time. International orders only. Please see “Canadian & International Shipments” for more info on international shipments.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to, or loss of packages shipped using international shipping services. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with their local post office or delivery hub in the event of a lost or damaged package. By placing an order, you understand that you will be required to pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the importation of your order upon delivery. International packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customs duties, incorrect address details and nonpayment of taxes are subject to a restocking fee equal to that of the return shipping charges and any import duties we are required to pay to have the merchandise returned.
